Life style adjustments as below are equally important as medicines for relieving your problems. 1)----drink plenty of fresh vegetable soup--- with out oil and spices ;rice boiled water (kanji) ; tender coconut water; diluted milk ;potable water/// 2) take freshly prepared soft nonspicy non oily food like rice ;soft roti ;chappathi ;;idli; with out oil ; and take steamed food also---small quantities at frequent intervals 3) avoid junk food; fast food; fried and roasted items; pastries; colas;alcohol ; smoking and over the counter drugs ;///restrict street and hotel food; tea and coffee. 4) take clean fresh vegetable salads 250 gm and 150 gm fruits before lunch and 200 gm fresh salad and 100 gm of fresh fruits before dinner daily and fresh juices in small quantities--- at frequent intervals 5) do yoga; pranayama ;meditation; prayers and exercise daily 6) avoid excess manual work especially in sun and hot & humid situations 7) rest in a clean well ventilated room ; 8) keep good mental health by positive thinking and action ///; avoid negative energy like anxiety ; anger ; fear; depression ; hatred and have more positive energy by smiling; helping ;appreciating ; supporting and encouraging others 9) involve in some hobbies like hearing music ;view tv ;chit-chat with good people etc 10) consult your doctor ---take medicines in time -as prescribed.
