Hi, Pls give more information like your age, nature of job you do, any recent travel history any similar history in previous.. is cough dry or wet? is there any breathing difficulty is fever associated with chills and rigor.. Onset of fever how many times a day ... If unable to contact then go through following treatment: Tab PCM 650mg 1 tab sos for fever Tab Montair LC 1 tab at night after food for 10 days Syrup Cough expectorant/ suppresant according to nature of cough...1 tsf three times a day Use lukewarm water If no improvement then go through some basic test like CBC, Chest x-ray. Take warm water for drinking, if taking tea then gigner, & mint tea , don't take any cold good items, cover your self in cold wind, medicine- cheastone tab , ( any tab for flu avail in your area)1-1-1for 5 days , cold syrup with honey for 7 days , steam inhalation
