I suggest to carry out some tests- vitaminD, VitaminB12. And as you are loosing balance thn u must stop walking outside alone. Do some stretching and strengthening exercises.First take a walk inside your home with support then after without support. In starting keep a track of the time u have walked. Then after u gain confidence u should start walking outside.
