To keep your teeth and gums in good shape, you can: 1. Brush twice daily with a soft bristle tooth brush and fluoride toothpaste gently for 2 minutes. 2.Replacing your old toothbrush every 3 months. 3. Using an interdental cleaner like floss or interdental brush rather than using toothpicks or any-other household item 4. Add a mouthwash to your daily toothbrush regime 5. Don’t smoke or chew tobacco 6. Cut back on sugar 7. Managing a healthy lifestyle

Brush twice a day, use a soft bristle brush and use the right brushing technique. Get regular dental checkups at an interval of 6 months. In case of any bleeding from gums, consult a doctor as soon as possible so that adequate care can be taken.
