How to do transition from breast feeding

Am soon going back to work, till now I am exclusively breast feeding my baby, is it ok to give anything apart from breast milk and if so what I can give and how to do the transition from breast feeding to bottle feeding?

Need to talk on call. But you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months...
