Pl try the following
1. Take boiled dry grapes and the water first in the morning
2. Try high finer veg and fruits eg Papaya, oranges with white skin on , greens stalk, banana stem soup, green veg , almond , 2 banana at bed time etc all in addition to your food intake
Avoid bread / apple
3. When there is an urge squat in the toilet
4. Take 2-3 litres of water daily
5. Consult if still it presents
Increase water intake , eat rich fiber fruits or vegetables like beans , carrots, avocados, Barrie’s etc . Before going bed take l glass Luke warm water . After dinner walk 15-20 mins. Do colonoscopy and barium enema . May be you have some piles or fistula problems
