It seems like migraine. We have to approach the problem on a preventive pov and treatment pov. Preventive measure include sleep hygiene, diet regulations excercises. Treatment part is When head ache hits what you can do is take rest, take pain killers like paracetamol or consult your local doctor for pain relief. Also maintain a headache diary with date side and other difficulties during headache. Since you mentioned it is happening every 4 5 days we may have to consider prevention using medications also. Which may have to be taken for some time to get full effect.

Yes indeed... could be Migraine. We also need to know if you feel relieved by walking around or instead by retreating into a dark quite room? Plus... any watering from same side eye during headache? Need to rule out Cluster Headache.

If it mostly occurs after you go in sunlight or after heavy lightening there is possibility of migrane..but if u feel like throbbing like or pulsating pain on the pain side then it can be giant cell arteritis..
