Since when do u have this problem?which activities increases or reduces the pain? advice-1)do not sit or stand for long time 2) make a journal/note observe which action/work increases or decreases the pain and what time of day.avoid those activities or modify 3)take frequent breaks or pause in between the work,do stretching exs after consulting Physiotherapist.4)do not lean too forward while working.keep screen/laptop at 30° above eyesight,blink more to hydrate eyes
