1. Pain management: apply ice 2. Use that hand as less as possible 3. After consulting a physio start using a specific Brace for shoulder support 4. If you are using Pulley for your hemiparesis then avoid it for few days 5. Start strengthening exercises 6. Ask your physio to do neuromuscular facilitation
