Avoid oily and spicy food;take easily digestible fresh whole cereals food with plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits-drink 12-14 glass of water daily.avoid strenuous exercise;over exposure to heat;drink 2glass of milk and have white part of an egg daily- Maintain strict daily routine with frequent small feeds and timely passing of stools and urine.Have only positive thinking;helpful to others and smile;be cheerful.-Use vitamin;minerals and probiotics tabs - if needed-Consultation with a Doctor-If symptoms persist-2 weeks after obeying my advice—ok

Drink more fluids and add more fruits to you daily diet. Also take nutrients like zinc and bcomplex which can be the reason for ur heat and pain. Consult a physician for the nutrient medication.
