Quit smoking as it may also lead to many other disease if continued. Secondly , oral prophylaxis (ultra sonic scaling) cab be done in such case. If there are only cigarettes stains it will go off with scaling. If after that you are not suffice with the results you might further go fir other tooth whitening procedures like bleaching and all. But first you need to quit smoking , if you still continue after dental treatment , it will again land you up in the same situation within 2-3 month.

Our natural tooth colour is yellowish. Even if you get cleaning done, your teeth won’t get white. Incase you wanna go for whitening, you can get a bleaching done. Toothpaste, I doubt will resolve the issue. However you can try Snowdent toothpaste. You won’t notice a drastic change as such, but minor chnges an be evident. For permanent, bleaching would be the best option.

Hi, Smoking on a regular basis leaves staining on your teeth which can be removed by professional scaling and polishing. Firstly, you need to stop smoking as it is damaging your teeth. Visit your dentist for dental cleaning. Your doctor may advice you about the toothpaste which you may require.

Stains can not be get removed with toothpaste only. Get it cleaned up in dental clinic then afterwards you can maintain with any fluoride toothpaste and medium bristle brush. If you want brighter teeth then you will need to have teeth bleaching too.
