First you should visit your dentist or your near by dentist to rule out why tooth is sensitive. And only one or two tooth is sensitive or complete teeth are sensitive. And get proper treatment. Using only sensitive toothpaste can give relief not the solution of your problem. It is only problem hiding job. But in case for time being if want you can use any sensitive toothpaste available in market. Like sensodyne colagate sensitive..vantaj hydent k. But remember this is not solution.

Vantej is good paste for sensitivity. But until you don't know the cause for sensitivity nothing is going to help. May b improper brushing, or plaque collection in gums or a cavity. So first it's better to rule out the issue and then try the most appropriate solution.

Before I suggest you any toothpaste plz visit a near by dental surgeon to ascertain the cause of sensitivity in your teeth. Only blindly using desensitising toothpaste will only delay the inevitable problem and might be a concern later.

Shy-Xt toothpaste along with Shy-OR mouthwash will reduce sensitivity considerably...but if its cavity related sensitivity then these are of not much use..consult dentists if it persists after use of paste and mouthwash

As per my experience, you can start using Sensodyne rapid relief for two times a day. For at least 10 days. Don't use any other paste with it. If no relief then visit your dentist immediately.

Kindly visit a dentist for a check up, in case you are self diagnosing your sensitivity. Would advise to go for RA thermoseal toothpaste, if it’s normal sensitivity.
