I am having frequent headaches since the last 2 months. I have started eating a lot and and also started sleeping a lot. I no longer feel interest in doing anything. In fact I have also lost interest in doing things that I used to like. I just have this sad feeling almost all the time. Don’t know how to tackle this. I feel that I am not living my life any more. I am just surviving.

I my life I am going to change my career , it. Feels like I am too much attached to my old working profession,and.
