My Triglyceride is 175 And other Cholesterol is Normal Sir how I can decrease my Triglyceride.

Hi Triglycerides high can eventually lead to high cholesterol But nothing to worry u are on borderline U can reduce fatty and oily food intake. Exercise more U can increase vegetable and fruits intake. Alcohol consumption if there should be avoided can affect liver If you want proper diet plan,food to have and or avoid,exercsies that need to be done,liver detoxification please consult
