It is classical sign of vericose veins. There is pump like structure in our legs which pump blood flow towards the heart against the gravity. Disturbance in their function leads to accumulation of blood in the veins of the leg which cause tight leg and blueish colour of the vein. You can start doing Ankle pumping by putting pillow under the calf. And do wall supported leg up which help to lower down blood accumulation and blood flow increased. Avoid prolong standing . Use Elastic stockings.

You need to go through proper physiotherapy and orthopaedic consultation and sessions too.its mainly due to tightness of muscles where stretching and other exercises will be beneficial depending on the severity.
