Take rest/Drink plenty of warm water//take steam inhalation twice daily/take only fresh ethnic warm food-small quantity-at frequent intervals-do pranayama-30 times daily-avoid junk food; cooled food/rest in a clean,dry,well ventilated room/protective dress from cold weather/be happy and optimistic-Consult a Doctor and take medicines as per advice-you will be ok with in few days
