Wight gain problem

Hello sir, My hight is 5.8 and my Wight is only 50 kg . I try to gain weight more and more times but my Wight is not increase so please suggest me how can i resolve its.

Improve your diet with more of milk, eggs, fish, meat daal pulses,lentils, GLV ,fresh vegetables, fruits etc .make a food menu and obey it /do exercise, yoga for 30 minutes daily/maintain positive mental energy/avoid excess stress and strain-physical and mental//treatment of any health issues at beginning itself-Don't use anabolic steroids etc for getting weight gain. Hello, i hope you are doing well. Assuming you dont suffer from any medical ailments, you should increase your protein intake to 50gm of protein/day along with exercise which should mostly comprise of weight training atleast thrice a week. I hope it helps. Thankyou
