How do I redeem my cashback amount?
Cashback amount can be utilised at the Ruby Hall Clinic from where the card was purchased for services availed at the Pathology, Radiology or Health Checkup departments.
How do I avail the benefits mentioned on the card when I visit the hospital ?

Under Complete Health Solution, the benefits are available across all 3 Ruby Hall Clinic facilities.
How to use the OPD benefits?
Simple!
Step 1: Visit Ruby Hall Clinic, avail of doctor cosultation, pay for it and collect your invoice.
Step 2: Login to our Bajaj Finserv Health App and fill out few details of your visit, upload the invoice, share details of the account into which you would like to get the consultation amount reimbursed. Alternately, you can also call or email to us with the details.
It will be done with 24-48 hours of receiving the complete details.
Can the total benefit be claimed by one person even if the package includes more than one person?
Yes, there is no restriction on individual use as long as he/she is registered under the package. The capping is only on the total usage value.
Can I cancel the product?
Complete Health Solution can be cancelled within 30 days from the day of purchase, provided none of the benefits have been utilized. Please contact us for further information:
