Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)

Fish Pose  (Matsyasana)

This pose helps improve respiratory function and relieve stress. It also stretches the neck and improves blood flow to the scalp, promoting hair growth. Do it 2-3 times daily.

Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)
