FAQs

You can directly book appointment from Bajaj Finserv Health app.
Follow the below steps:
- Choose Find Doctors or Tele-consult banner on Home-
- Choose the specialty you want to book for
- Choose Book Tele-consult option
- Choose Patient Profile. If patient profile is not added, choose Add Family member
- Choose slot as per your convenience
- Request Appointment Booking
Your appointment will be confirmed once Doctor accepts the request.

Please make sure you have proper internet connection. Also, refresh the app and try again

All our doctors are rightfully skilled and are experts in handling all medical conditions. They will guide you to correct specialty if need be.
We are onboarding doctors everyday to cater to our consumer base.

The consultation fee vary from doctor to doctor. You may choose a doctor as per your preference

For bookings made through Bajaj Finserv Health App, we do not have payment facility on the app currently. You will have to make the payment directly to the doctor. We will share the UPID of the doctor on which you will have to make the payment for the appointment. Doctor will confirm your appointment once he/she has received the payment.

Currently, we do not allow rescheduling of appointments made through Bajaj Finserv Health App. You may cancel the appointment and connect with doctor to book another slot for payment already made for previous booking.

You can cancel the appointment up to the scheduled time of appointment. Please note, the booking is non-refundable.

Our platform offers Audio and Video consultation. Doctor could choose to connect with you on either mode based on his discretion. You may choose to turn-off the camera in case you wish to consult over Audio only.

You can join the call from the app directly. You will receive the call from the doctor as per your schedule slot. Alternatively, you can also connect using the consultation link shared with you over SMS.

Tele-consult is similar to an In-Clinic consultation. The consultation duration depends solely on the interaction between doctor and patient.

You can share your health related documents even before you begin consultation.

Go to Help --> Message Doctor
Click on Upload Documents

Your appointment will not be cancelled in case you are late. However, you will have to contact directly to doctor to reschedule.
Tele-consult bookings are non-refundable. Doctor may charge separately for a rescheduled appointment.

Sometimes doctor may run late for a scheduled appointment due to several reasons including emergencies or other consultation getting extended. Please allow the doctor some time to connect with you.

This could be an intermittent issue. The doctor will reach out to you again. In case the issue persists, please reschedule with doctor by contacting directly.

Prescription is shared by the doctor post the consultation. Please ensure youhave accepted the appointment. You will be notified once the prescription is generated.

You can find the invoice of the consultation in the appointment details page under My Health. Pelase note, invoice is generated post consultation.

You can book a new appointment with the same doctor as per the available slots
