- Visit the official website of the National Digital Health Mission - Ayushman Bharat Health ID Card - Online Registration | ABHA (bajajfinservhealth.in)
- Click on ‘Generate ABHA’
- You can select ‘generate via Aadhaar’ or ‘generate via driving license’. You can also apply by entering your mobile number.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Verify it.
- Now, enter basic profile information such as your picture, date of birth, and address.
- Fill up a form with the other information requested.
- Once you submit your information, you will be able to access your digital ABHA Address (Health ID) card.
