The Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) is an extensive database of certified and registered healthcare professionals providing contemporary and conventional healthcare services throughout India.

TThe HPR is given the ability to integrate healthcare professionals into India's digital health ecosystem and connect patients and healthcare providers or vice versa with last mile coverage thanks to the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). Every name the general public can see is accredited and permitted to practice medicine nationwide. The HPR ensures that only medical professionals with the necessary training and credentials to practice medicine competently and as per ethical standards are eligible to register with the HPR.

An individual who has a Health ID can look up a doctor’s details and qualifications through the HPR, a repository for medical professionals.
If you have registered with the Healthcare Professional Registry or the HPR, you can go to www.hpr.abdm.gov.in and enter your registered user name and password to locate your HPR number.
To download your Healthcare Professional ID card, you need to follow the below steps:

Login into your account through Bajaj Finserv Health website or app

Use your Health ID no. and your date of birth. Submit these details.

Select your ID card as per your unique Health ID number and click on download.
