In the hills of Kaneri village in the Kolhapur district, Siddhagiri Hospital and Research Center (SHRC) was founded in 2010. The late Shri Kadasiddheshwar Swamiji Maharaj stressed for the first time the importance of providing medical facilities to society's outcasts. After that, his successor Shri Adrishya Kadasiddheshwar Maharaj, realized this wish. Several motivated individuals, including devotees and villagers, came up to do their part for this beautiful gesture. The Siddhagiri Museum donated a considerable sum towards the hospital's construction, and it keeps supporting the poor.
