Which lab will conduct my check-up?
We partner with trusted labs like Thyrocare, Redcliffe, and Healthians. Your preventive health check-up will be performed by one of these labs, based on your location and availability.
Will I get a refund if all my health parameters are normal in the report?
Yes, if your health reports indicates that all important parameters are within the normal range, we will promptly initiate a refund of ₹2,000 to your account in 3-4 working days.
Will the health plan, doctor consultation, and dietitian visit be customized based on my report?
Yes, the health plan we provide, and the expert consultations will be tailored to address the specific parameters that appear abnormal in your lab test.
How is a report classified as normal or abnormal?
Reports are classified as normal or abnormal based on standardized reference ranges for each test. Note: These ranges may vary among labs, depending on the calibration of the instruments or testing methods used for analysis.
What if other profiles (apart from Heart, Kidney, Liver, Thyroid, Diabetes) or non-significant tests within these 5 profiles are out of normal range?
If abnormalities are found in other profiles or non-significant tests within the core profiles, you will still receive a full refund of ₹2,000. Our focus remains on the core parameters for health management, and no program allocation will be made in these cases.
How long will it take for the personalized program to be assigned if my relevant parameters are impacted?
It will take 3-4 working days for the personalized program to be assigned. You can access the program through the Bajaj Finserv Health App.
